“Public Defenders: Standing up for Justice, One Case at a Time”

The Arkansas Public Defender Commission (APDC) is hosting a CLE for public defenders on Thursday, November 6, 2025, and Friday, November 7, 2025, at the Holiday Inn Presidential, 600 I-30, in Little Rock, Arkansas.

• The CLE will feature attorneys, investigators, and mitigation specialists from across the country speaking on topics that are of importance to public defenders and those who work in criminal defense.
  
• A minimum of 6 hours of CLE will be offered each day.  Both days will include several hours that qualify toward capital certification.  We anticipate one hour of ethics available each day. 
  
• There is no cost to attend this conference. Lunch will be provided on Thursday, November 6^th.  Attendees will be responsible for all other meals and overnight accommodations.
